While clients may register and make purchases through the TP Capital website, all payments are processed directly into Windlu's accounts. TP Capital does not receive, hold, or manage client funds, and it does not act as a broker, dealer, or financial services provider.
TP Capital does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or intermediary services as defined under the South African Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 ("FAIS Act"). None of the information or services provided by TP Capital should be considered investment advice, recommendations, or investment analysis. TP Capital's role is limited to marketing and introducing prospective traders to Windlu's proprietary trading programs.
All trading activities are conducted exclusively with Windlu (Pty) Ltd, which acts as the counterparty to client trades. Proprietary trading carries significant risk. Windlu provides simulated demo accounts that replicate live market conditions; any reference to "funded accounts" refers solely to virtual funding, not the provision of actual capital. Traders risk losing their evaluation fee and any accrued profits if trading rules are not strictly followed.
